Staff was friendly, beds were clean and comfortable. They charge extra per person so make sure you double check otherwise you have to pay more there. Room was clean, but floors were very dirty. My toddler’s feet were black within minutes of running around and there was patches of stickiness as if something spilt. No housekeeping and select fruit for breakfast. Overall I would return again for the price.

Hotel room was nice but manager was very rude and unprofessional. First he tried to enter our room while my fiancé and I were both naked in the hot tub. He said he tried to call our room and knocked on our windows and the door when he did not. Did all of that just to tell us our music was too loud when it was not. Then when we was checking out he accused us of having a pet when we did not. When we called to file a complaint and to ask for a refund we were cussed out and he hung up on us. I do not recommend this hotel.

Cons: Initially assigned first floor room. I kindly ask for a second floor room due to personal preference. Manager gave me second floor room. Second room (213) smelled like smoke. Went down and told manager. First thing she said, “No! It does not smell like smoke! We are a non-smoking hotel.” Totally starts arguing with me even though she has not gone to the room to smell it. She argues with me for 20 minutes that there is not smoke in the room. Just because the policy is non-smoking, that does not always deter other guests from smoking in the room. Rooms are dated. Not as clean as some of the other reviews will have you believe. Do not stay here. Pros: None.

Great place and people. We were driving from Chicago to Dallas and met with winter storm - these guys were super nice to let us in and allot a room and allowed us to check in early. Staff is super helpful and never felt we were in a hotel. Owner and family were making sure we all feel comfortable and have everything we need. They also helped people who had car stuck in snow. Owner was always making sure trucks and cars who are stuck get all the help they need. Hands down very friendly people and know how to take care of their guests !!! I am going to take a stop here whenever we drive to Chicago and need a place to stay. 5/5 stars.
