I've been with State Farm for 33 years and switched to Heidi Pollock about 30 years ago. I only had my autos to begin with, then added rentals and lastly my home. My previous home owners insurance company kept raising premiums, I had no claims. State Farm was always just a little less, but I wasn't going to change for $100-150 a year. After two increases of $500, I contacted Heidi again and they saved me $1000 a year on my home owners with the same coverage. I've always felt they had my best interest at heart. Sometimes they talked me out of putting in a claim as it was too small, and also gave me advice about changing limits when necessary. Just what you want in an agency.
