Customer service is extremely rude. I did not feel comfortable with moving forward with them due to the attitude presented on the phone call. Initially, I received a missed phone call in which I’ve returned immediately. Due to lack of caller id, I asked the representative to confirm the company name. Once confirmed, he sounded irritated and unmotivated to have me as a customer. Personally, I did not feel comfortable with giving someone my car that doesn’t seem interested to even have me as a customer in the first place. After quote was provided, and I was in the middle of asking a question - the call hung up abruptly. This may be a great company to use, but it starts with customer service.

Nick, Your company did a great job picking up a car at my house and getting it to Louisiana last fall. The gentleman that picked up the car was friendly and professional. And the gentleman that dropped off the car was as well. He even had the new owner make sure it was the correct car since there was another identical vehicle on the trailer. I’d recommend your company to anyone that needs a car shipped.

Thank You so much for American Auto Transporters, Inc. I had scheduled a transport with another company 4 weeks prior on wanting to get my car to Florida. They failed to do so; I called many other company's then I called American Auto Which will be the only company I use from now on. I called on a Monday and had my car by Thursday!!!! Door to door from Milan NH to Venice Florida 1,600miles. Every person I spoke to were so friendly and polite. I would HIGHLY Recommend American Auto. I can not say Thank You enough!!!!!😁 Janet
