Dropped of my truck for under body lighting. They said it would take 3 hrs and they would call when it was done witch they charged only 3hrs labor. 7hrs later I had to call to find out it was done then Brian didn't have time to show me how to operate them so the secretary came out side and said here phone had no service and for me to download the app if I couldn't figure it out to call for assistance she didn't even know there was a key fob that you could operate the lights with .very unprofessional I will not be spending any of my hard-earned cash with these people again

This place is horrible. Took a radio in and they called and said it was done. Paid money and the back speakers were not hooked up. They do not have any knowledge on the subject of installing radios. Demanded my money back and they wouldn’t. …

Firewire Performance installed new Bilstein leveling shocks, Brake rotors & pads, Fuel Wheels and BFG K02 tires. I'm a little particular about my truck and they might have returned it cleaner than when I dropped it off. Bobbie and Brian were an absolute pleasure to work with.
