Very nice hotel room and facilities. The desk people were nice and helpful. There parking structure was full, but told us possibilities for us to park. They have a pool and small fitness center. In the morning they had breakfast with different choices. And the dining area was nicely decorated. Our room had a nice view of the city, unfortunately a lot of it was rooftops. But the sunset was beautiful.

This is a very nice and very clean hotel. We had an amazing stay. They beds are like pillows of heavenly comfort and the breakfast was really tasty. Definitely will be back when in the area.

I have never encountered such friendly service by all the staff at the hotel- seriously, from the front desk (all the three I have met so far), to the lady who was cleaning the lobby, and the lady at the dining room. My AC was louder than usual with two different types of noise, and not only that they actually sent someone to check it out, and he was able to fix the problem, but you guessed it right- he was as nice and professional as the rest. Clean and modern looking rooms, great location, cute breakfast, and an amazing staff.

The hotel was clean. Breakfast buffet was just ok. Cold choices were good. Hot were mediocre. The biggest issues were no hot water or water pressure. So, a disappointing shower after traveling all day. Also, the air conditioning unit in the room was terribly noisy. Kept turning on and off all night long. And when it was off the compressor was on and that was noisy. Did not get any sleep. I was beyond annoyed. Front desk acknowledged this was an issue throughout the hotel. I literally felt like I was in a cheap motel room. Not a Hyatt. Extremely disappointed.
