I don't appreciate the owner's condescending response. It's very clear all the owner is worried about is the all mighty dollar, you can even ask the staff they will confirm that. I have a bunch of rare medical things going on and this office helped me find some of those things, but I had to tell them how to do their job. I didn't goto school to be a doctor. Due to the subpar service I received the past 3 months it has resulted to more health issues that could've been avoided and has also caused me to postpone the surgery I need. The doctor seemed very concerned but clearly over worked and was clearly gathering experience at my expense. As far as minor health issues it is a better urgent care option than anywhere else in town. Definitely not a place to have a PCP at though.

I have been here at least 3-4 times now and every time has been a pleasant experience. Short wait time, knowledgeable staff, and great quality care.

Been here for 2 hours now and still nothing. Tracy the lead nurse wanted to run her mouth stating that their priorities are their patients with appointments and not walk ins.

I would never go back, nor would I take my child there ever again. An inch of dust on all of the wall mounted stuff, the floor was disgusting as well. Had appt at 940 get there 930 to wait for 20 mins to even get a room, and then wait ANOTHER 30. Just got up and left without telling anyone. They were kind enough to tell us to have a good day with a smile though.
