It's hard to find someone to take cats. You are going to have to call around. If human society is full they don't take. Good luck. You can try Decatur animal control to. Sorry I'm not much help
Try Macon county animal control.
Its best to call them. Ears dont have to be clipped when cats get spayed/neutered. They can also get a microchip implanted. It doesnt hurt them. Some places will do either one. Other places will do a tiny tatoo on the belly near the genitals. The clipped ear is an obvious sign that a cat has been done . If a cat gos outside and is picked up by animal services or other animal person they know that sign.
I've had several cats and all of them have had their front claws taken out. They all have the back claws still...none of them have had any issues!! Thanks for your opinion!!

Yes it's a no kill but Just adding that if the animal is there for to much of an extended time they do euthanize them...
75...all the animals are normally that price...but call them or go in to ask for sure
