Total incompetence. I have called daily for weeks now and get a recording stating not to leave a message that everyone is busy... for weeks! There are seven facilities open for fingerprinting but only one number to call? No online capabilities? For those like me that are stuck, I called the local Sheriff's Office, then used their online scheduling tool to make an appt this week. Living in state with high taxes and revenue, why can't Maryland get its act together?

I am on parole and have never violated. I’ve just been offered a great career job in environmental restoration . The job is five days a week 7am - 5pm. How can I get this career when my parole agen wants me to report twice a month for two hours?
