Good Luck! Constant apologies Yet nothing changes =( people still don't do their jobs, same lost packages and "carrier difficulties"... As in : "Unable to work". There are NO excuses in finding an address anymore, everything is mapped, Amazon never fails

Every time I get something sent through ups it’s always delayed once it hits Decatur. The whole shipping process is fine until it hits this city! Ups is the worst postal company there is. Nothing ever arrives when it suppose to even when it say its out for delivery. They are too lazy to even put the package on the front porch where I have instructed them to leave my packages Instead they leave my packages in the breezeway to where everyone and their mama can see it, and there no shelter to protect it. If I had a choice in a postal carrier when it comes to ordering I’d choose anyone but them.

If I could 0 stars I would. Last year we moved to a location that had never had a mailing address. I was to receive a package via UPS thru Decatur Il branch. After numerous phone calls confirming my address and including specific directions to my home, UPS was unable to use that info to deliver my package. When I requested them just deliver it to a UPS drop off point, the informed me it would cost $19.00! I had to drive 1 hour one way to pick it up at the customer service center in Decatur Il. When I picked up my package, I told the clerk my address & directions. The clerk assured me the info would be entered & should have no issues in the future. Please note - Fed Ex was able to easily locate my home. This week, 1 year later, another package was sent to me via UPS. Again a phone call from UPS, again I confirmed address & offered directions, but the person calling informed me the driver had already left so wasn’t interested in taking directions. I gave UPS 3 days (Fri,Sat,Mon) to deliver & was about to call to have them hold package for pickup when I tracked package & found they were returning to sender! Needless to say, my experiences with the company has been frustratingly negative.
