He answered all my questions with kindness and grace. I read so many negative reviews I was incredibly nervous to call, but now I’m glad I did so I could give them a review they deserve. My fault for agreeing to purchase the Kirby when the salespersons were already representing themselves unprofessionally, I should’ve known the finance company would be the same experience. I found Merchants website super shady. All you can do is make a payment; you can’t view your remaining balance, you don’t get a confirmation email, there’s no account to log in to to keep track of payments. That said, they were only ever a bother when I made a late payment, which is understandable and expected. For now, I’ll give them 4 stars but that may change depending on how quickly and accurately my pay off check in the mail is processed.

Amazing finance company. The negative reviews are from people who don't understand financing. If you don't pay, yes they will call you to get their money. The companies employees are impeccable! Blaming them or a Kirby salesmen for being irresponsible is... immature.

Sales man was nice why getting one star.I specifically asked them five timesWhen they ran my credit report if would be hard Inquiry and I was told no every time Actually considered it and actually consider buying one for daughter also.till checked my credit report wouldn't have ever filled dang this g out! Him telling me a lie that's now stuck on my report lost him 2 deals! Never again!
