How can i get the company to come to repossessed a item i don't want and stop all payments?

The are just money hungry bullies who don't care if you need out cause you have kid's who are more important than being harassed by them. That is not a good idea! You have a certain amount of time, 30-90 days(check your contact) to change your mind about an at home sale. After that if you have not sent it back you have agreed to the terms. The seller & the lender are different businesses. The lender has a right to be satisfied by payment of said contract. They agreed to help you by lending you finances. You agreed to compensate them according to the terms of your agreement. If you fail to keep your word uphold your honor, they can take any and all legal measures to hold you to your word. This can include opening a collection account against you. A record of this will be recorded with the 3big rating agencies. This let's others know you are NOT a person who keeps your word and as such they should be warry about lending to you.
