Not sure where my original review went of this place but not only are they guilty of illegal billing practices but now they have messed up my credit by sending me to collections when I not only returned the machine to them when they refused to repair it, but they will also get a new machine or of it because it is part of the national recall. So not only do I now have to fight a collections agency for a machine they have, so they are trying to make me pay for something in there possession they are also getting paid for it by dream station. How is this legal.

Went in March to order new pair of diabetic shoes, did not get a call back from the person I spoke to as they had to verify with my doctor about the shoes. I went back in two weeks later and contacted the same person (Wasn't Peggy, think her name was Jennifer) again about obtaining the pair of diabetic shoes. Was told I would be called about them for fitting and such. Never heard back from the person that I had talked to in person. So I took my business to another provider of diabetic shoes on Lilly Road in Olympia, WA. Also changed my provider of CPAP supplies as I don't feel I am valued as a customer after several years.
