I have been going once to the allergy clinic for 3 years and the staff are wonderful. You walk in and Nick, Jamie, & Katee all welcome you with a smile, ask you how your day is going and you feel like family. They remember everyone's faces and names and make you feel like a person and not just a number. Thank you for all your help!! I can breath again!!!!! You are AMAZING!!!

This is a wonderful clinic. The front office has treated me with nothing but kindness. The doctors and MA’s are exceptional as well. They had me do imaging and got back to me within 3 days after my imaging was done. The front office helped me walk through all paperwork and explained the details of my appointment as my nerves were high. They have been patient and always helped me with anything I needed. They are a very busy clinic but still always took their time with all of my concerns regardless. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to go! Thank you ENT Associates for always taking care of your patients and going the extra mile.

Front desk girl is edging on abusive behavior to incoming patients. The outgoing message clearly says that (1) caregiver may attend appointments with patients. Arriving at the appointment 30 minutes early they declined my husbands entry so we left. When I called back to speak to the office manager front desk girl said that the manager was in a meeting, asked if this was referring to the appointment that I canceled-when I said I didn’t cancel. Front desk girl said I could leave a message then promptly hung up on me. After too many exchanges with front desk girl’s abusive behavior, I am moving on. There are other ENT’s. Sadly, Dr. Kim is a good Dr. losing patients and has no idea why.
