Medical staff is knowledgeable and my nurse Shannon was very through and kind. Worst part is the wait when you don't feel great, but when they are spending time to going over your symptoms and running tests, you see why. I've gone here twice now and I would definitely go back. They even have tissues, hand sanitizer and face masks in the waiting area. Huge plus that they can send your prescription over to the pharmacy and there's almost no wait or an extra trip. When you are sick, it's a God send.

I called CVS to get a shingles shot. I listened to IVR and it said that no appointment was necessary; that I could walk in. I did, waited over an hour, and then they told me they don't have the vaccine. They did put me on the waiting list. I was #4. That was two months ago and I'm still waiting... Shame on me for not going to Walgreens immediately instead of waiting two months.

Arrived shortly after opening and was told it would be a 90 minute wait which was fine. I was also told that I could return later which was also fine. Stated that we were there for a Sports Physical. NP told me that we could try Urgent Care across town. I asked if we could sign in at clinic and then call to cancel if we were able to get into other clinic. NP said "no". Unfortunately, we took our chances only to find out that Urgent care wasn't open for 2 more hours! Should have just signed in to hold our spot. NP shouldn't have made suggestion without knowing hours at other location. Sorry we took her word...

This is a terrible clinic if you need service. I went in at 7:14 pm Wednesday October 28, 2015, and I was not allowed to log in and be seen despite an 8:00 pm close time, because the scheduling terminal said there was no more appointments available between 7;15 pm and close at 8:00 pm. Never mind that there was no patients waiting and the previous patient was taken through the Minute Clinic doors at 7:10 pm. It must have been a serious case in that it would take a full 45 minutes and they could not see any other patients. Cleveland Clinic should be embarrassed to be associated with this arrangement. Frankly, I think the staff wanted to high tail it out early and the hell with the customer. A pharmacy worker said to come back in the morning at 9:00 am. I have to work and that is why I choose the evening time. Unfortunately, I am forced to go to a Minute Clinic to have my wellness exam validated to obtain my employer's wellness dollars or I would not bother. Another customer came in at 7:22 pm and the system kicked her and her little girl out as well. She even called ahead of time and they told her that see patients until 9:00 pm. Obviously they should post a sign that says last patient seen at 7:00 pm because we need to leave early despite an 8:00 pm close time. I asked the pharmacist for a customer patient number to complain and he looked at me like I had three heads. His response was call the Cleveland Clinic. That was a big help. The women and her child were more helpful and gave me an 866 number to call. I did call the number when I got home and true to CVS crack service delivery system, I hung up after dialing though option hell and being put on hold for a 1/2 hour. Cable company service looks good compared to this outfit. This is not my first bad experience with this clinic at this location. I visited this clinic on a vacation day last week, same place, same purpose during the day, and the wait time was 1 1/2 hours. I left. If you can, change to Ritzman Pharmacy up the street. The service is personal. They call and remind you of your prescriptions and the wait is minimal. It is also hometown owned not a big cold corporation in Rhode Island. Terrible Terrible service. And the bad thing is I still have to go a Minute Clinic to get my wellness dollars.
