Construction on the highway makes it more convenient to visit the Massillon Road Dunkin, but I’ll go out of my way from now on to visit my typical 224/Canton Road store. I ordered two iced coffees today and neither were great. Both had too much ice and weren’t filled to the top. The cream/sugar ratios weren’t what I asked for in either. And both had grounds at the bottom. The coffees were drinkable, but especially with this location’s higher prices and nearness to many businesses/workplaces, I’d expect the order to be perfect.

This dunkin is pretty bad. Not the worst, but they never get your order exactly how it's supposed to be, and the food is always cold. 8/10 as far as Dunkins go, but 2/10 if being compared to the quality and consistency of any other fast food place

Clean store, predictable product which is good, love cold brew. I don't think many people walk into this location though; mostly drive-thru. I stood there a few extra seconds and they seemed surprised to find me standing at the cash register waiting to order 😂
