Had a flat tire while driving in Ocean Isle. It was really late. Called and texted the main number. Within a half hour they came out and replaced the tire. Great service and timely. Happy to support a local business. This was our second year renting. Last year the plug didn't work at our rental house and the cart wasn't charged at the end of the week. They were super understanding about the situation as well.

Stay away from these people. I rented recently and had my cart break down on day 3. I left a message that night and followed up with a friendly call the next morning to make sure my message was received. Got an attitude right from lady answering the phone but was told they would call me back. About 5-6 hrs later I hadn’t heard anything. So I called again and was told they would let me know what was going on with cart, again no return call. So I called back at closing because I hadn’t heard anything and still hadn’t gotten my rental back. Lady returns my calling after I left that message with concerns and flys hot with me and accuses me of causing the damage. I ask to talk to owner. So he calls me and lights into me also. This entire time I just want an up date on what’s going on. Needs less to stay it wasn’t a good conversation with him. Based on the responses I’ve seen from them I can’t want to see how they flip this review. There seems to be a pattern of them supposedly seeing renters misuse carts or ride by and spot damage. I was accused of this as well. Just do yourself a huge favor and stay away. You have been Warned

They do it right. Not only a great cart in great condition. The customer service is top notch. The entire process was seamless. We will be renting again.
