Our party was looking for a place to stay after our camping trip was cut short by a thunderstorm. We pulled into Best Western St. Ignace after 11pm and we were greeted by an incredibly friendly and helpful evening staff member. He even came out to the parking lot after we paid for our room to help us park our trailer/boat in the right spot. The room in the Superior building was clean and welcoming with all amenities including a side balcony with a view of Lake Huron. The complimentary breakfast hit the spot with make-your-own Belgian waffles, bacon, eggs, biscuits & gravy, and various pastries and fruit. The service staff was welcoming, smiling, and busily cleaning/refilling stations. Overall, great stay and we highly recommend staying at the Best Western St. Ignace.

We had a great experience. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with plenty of choices: self made waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bagels, yogurt, fruit etc. Rooms were clean and provided all typical hotel amenities: small fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron etc. we stayed in the Huron building and had a ground level room that walked out to the water with a great view of the lake and Mackinac Island. Indoor and outdoor pool were both clean. St. Ignace was a great quiet place to stay. Everything from shuttle to ferry, ferry ride and eating out was quick and efficient. Definitely recommend Best Western!

We stayed one night in a double queen on ground floor in the Superior building. All the conveniences you like to see in a hotel room. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sitting chairs and table, work desk etc. Enough towels for more than 2 people and finally one with a sink outside the bathroom so two people can get ready at the same time! Decent view of the lake from your two chair balcony. Well maintained properly with very clean rooms. Easy check-in. For check out you can just call the front desk and leave your keys in the room. Great breakfast that is located in the main building and close to the Superior building. Close to many amenities including the ferry docks. Friendly staff. Competitive prices during prime season. The only negative is tight parking spaces and backing out if you have a bike rack or any other extension. I would highly recommend this property to get the best bang for your buck.

Forget what you think you know about Best Westerns. The staff here is phenomenal! We loved the golf cart rides up to breakfast! Plus, they have a great breakfast spread. The rooms were clean and well taken care of- you can tell the owner cares what it looks like here. At night they provided s’mores packs and a campfire. Family friendly! If we ever come back this is where we will stay!
