Paid lots of money to stay here and every machine was broken and pool was down. Didnt tell me when I reserved the rooms.

Borderline 4x4 Garage

It's time to get many things fixed at this hotel. Been here a few times the past 6 months and the pool, hot tub and ice machineS have been "broken" every time. Also all the other hotels have started serving breakfast again at least 6 months ago. It's time to stop using COVID as a reason to not serve breakfast. Hoping you guys turn things back around and make this a decent place to stay again

The rooms are nice and clean and didn't smell. They were able to get us in a room right away as the original hotel we had booked and went to was so gross I wouldn't let my dog stay there. It felt like Bates motel. I called here and even though they were booked they worked some stuff around and got us a room. They are even gonna make sure we have a room for tomorrow.

The initial payment was 120 a night and we got one of the best rooms and even won the best rooms was appealing to look at. It was later that evening that we realize that we cannot even get hot water only semi warm... the worst part about it was on our second night we couldn't even get water! It wasn't from a malfunction issue of it's just that on the day that you leave they straight up do not give you water! Would not come again.
