The room was great. Location was great. Had a minor issue that was immediately taken care of. Went to have dinner in the bar and grill. Didn't realized they closed so early but they were a little scattered brained in there. A few didn't know what they were doing. Wouldn't allow us to dine in but we could get take out and sit down. Wasn't super busy in there. Loved the idea of being able to just have dinner in our hotel after being on the water all day. I'd stay here again and give the restaurant another chance.

We did not stay at the hotel. But we did spend the day swimming and ate at the restaurant. The water park was VERY dirty. All areas were pretty gross. It needs a good cleaning and a paint job! But we had a ton of fun and spent 6 hours there. We had a late lunch at the restaurant. The food was good. I got the cheeseburger nachos. The chips were a bit salty but it was very good. My kids ate all their food. Good portions. We got to serve our own water. And the waitress was very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back .

We have stayed here on multiple occasions with my children. Actually about 5 times in 7 months. It's not the best, but the kids really enjoy it. I have to say, this was our last time staying here. We checked in on Sunday, and it was of course packed because it's spring break and they allow people to buy day passes along with all the hotel guests. The water was definitely cloudy, and by that night, our kids had red patches on their skin. By check out the next day, they were in actual pain. After taking 2 kids to the doctors, it was discovered that they had chemical burns, which is precisely what I thought it was. I called the hotel on Wednesday to make sure they were aware of the issue, and the manager I spoke with, Brooklyn, scoffed at me, informed me that doctors are often wrong and it was probably just chaffing! She first said she would have the owner call me but didn't ask for my name or phone number. She then continued to argue with me and when I told her I'd be sure to let them know how I was talked to, she claimed he was right beside her, but still refused to let me speak to him and then hung up on me. We will never go back again. It shows their overall customer service and what a slap in the face for a frequent guest.

Beautiful views!! If you get a chance, get up early and sit by the fireplace before breakfast and watch the sun rise. 💖💖💖💖 Water park is nice, nothing too fancy but it kept the kids entertained and there's a little arcade on site so that was nice too. There's a bar/restaurant inside the hotel but be prepared to wait a while and pay for the convenience if you choose to dine in. Pizza was good though! Staff is always very friendly, rooms are clean... We stay here often and will return!
