I ordered 16 boneless wings Buffalo Mild Sauce I got regular wings which I didn’t want & I did not eat them , I ordered a 2 liter soda of Sierra Mist I never received it & then the only that was Correct Was The Blue Cheese It’s A Shame & When You Try To Call Them Very Ignorant For Sure , Answer The Phone & Hang Up Every Time

I order a regular pepperoni pizza and they send pepperoni and jalapeños, and I have someone is allergic and he can not eat nothing spicy and I call to the store trying to talk with the manager and nobody answer the phone , it’s really bad this place

If you’re thinking about eating here DONT. the night shift is very rude. I called and they left me on hold for about 15 minutes me knowing the game they were playing I stayed on the phone. after a while they picked up and Noted “fuck they’re still here.” Then hung up the phone. i called again and the same individual picked up the phone asked for my address & then repeated the same thing. I asked for my refund and received no response. Then got an email from customer support overall gaining no help. I will take this further.

Placed an order only to arrive and the store is mysteriously closed. Lights still on, doors locked. Called storefront's phone number, someone picked up, asked for my phone number, then put my on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up and left. Called credit card company to charge back order since there's not "CANCEL ORDER BECAUSE STORE WAS CLOSED" option wasn't on the website or app.
