I just moved out of there in April 2019. The apartment itself is okay. The management is horrible. Middlesex management is not helpful to the residents. Once they get your money, youre on their time. If you need maintenance, it takes forever! The leasing office and the management have little to no conversation. The leasing office flat out lies to you about what is included in your rent. They say that water and sewer is included in rent. Which is a lie. They actually make you pay for sewer and split the water bill by a formula. The formula is flawed and deeply in their favor. The process of moving in is horrible. I was responsible for getting my own mail box key ordered rather than them having one ready. Which took two months. I WOULD WARN ANYONE LOOKING TO LIVE HERE THAT A LOT OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE. GO GOOGLE THE MIDDLESEX MANAGEMENT REVIEW PAGE. They are rated a 1star. This is who you will be primarily dealing with when you move in because the leasing office IS ABSOLUTLEY NOOO HELP FOR ANYTHING!! A rude long wait customer service number, and you be lucky if they don't talk like you're an idiot. They also have pests in the walls and bed bugs in certain units. When you mention the pests they drag their feet. I actually stayed in my apartment for year listening to squirrels burrow through my walls. The laundry rooms they try to sell you on are disgusting. I never used it before because they have an old drain by the entrance that is constantly clogged. Knowing Delaware heights their response to this was to put a large piece of plywood to walk over into the laundry room. The only bright spot is that the maintenance workers are very nice.
