Did not have a good experience here. They recommend tile for our mudroom that ended up being awful. The tile was not appropriate for a high traffic floor as it scratches comically easily.

Excellent experience working with the Tile Shop in Norwalk. Really enjoyed working with Renee, in particular. She was a complete professional with the added bonus of an amazingly warm personality. She helped me select tile for two bathrooms, helped me stay within a budget and really knew her stuff. She recommended tile that I wouldn't have picked alone and now I LOVE my bathrooms! She was also very accommodating when I had returns. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely recommend the Tile Shop and Renee to all of my friends. I will also return whenever I have another project involving tile. Thanks, Renee, for helping to make a renovation so pleasant!

The store has a wide variety of selections and salesmen are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We worked with Andrew, and he was awesome! We were able to achieve the bathroom look we wanted only at this place. The reason I’m giving only 3 stars is due to the product quality. We were on a tight schedule and certain things need to be done at certain time. But due to some bad tiles, we had to wait for replacement and this caused delay. If you aren’t on a tight schedule, then this store is definitely worth checking out.
