I am researching the history of a apartment complex that is located in Stockton. I do suspect that an addition was made without a building permit. If I provide more info to you, is it possible that you can determine that a permit was issued?

All you would want to do is call the building department and inquire with them about permit history and if they pulled a permit for the addition
