Yes if your filing papers and for people who is on the calendar for court no one that is not on the calendar can't go into the court room so if your not scheduled to be in court to our can't go in the court room only the people that are scheduled to be in court

You should call the criminal department as soon as possible. They aren't holding many hearings due to the whole virus stuff, so it's a possibility you may not have a court date at all. So just call the criminal department at the courthouse and see what you need to do next

You can go online under San Joaquin county Superior Court then you go to online services click the sign in then go to the top left corner, a drop box will come down then click on by party from there you type in your last name first first name and click search from there it will give you all cases with your name some might be yours some might not if you know what type of case it is then you look up by the letters if it's family law it will be FL if it's a civil case it will be CV if it's an unlawful detainer it will be CV-LUDR if it's criminal it will be CR. If you want to go directly to the court, you will have to go to the floor to which your case was heard if it's a civil or criminal or traffic case it will be on the second floor if it's a family law case it will be on the 4th floor on those floors is a kiosk where you will pick what the case is and it will give you a number, when your number is called you just tell the clerk first and last name of both parties then you ask for case

The best thing to do would be to call the number or call the superior court itself and ask for the clerk in the jury selection room. Let them know that the summons had been sent to the wrong address and that you had just now received it ask what you can do to either receive a new jury summons or what the consequences are for not answering this one on time. generally when you move the post office gives your new address to the court systems so that they may reach you for jury duty and for voting purposes. That's also with the DMV too, if you have not updated your information with the DMVthat might be another reason why the court did not get your information for jury duty.
