Positive: Convenient location for where I needed to be, comfortable bed, clean sheets Negative: Questionable bathroom cleanliness, overall was clean but noticed some areas that had not been cleaned well (hair on the bathroom door for example). No hair dryer or cups in room.

I don't even know where to start. This is the WORST "hotel" I've ever stayed at. When you enter the building you immediately get welcomed with a security camera pointing in your face with RECORDING on the screen while the employees are wrapped up in plexiglass like they're scared of their own guests (I'd be too) so we got our room key and went up the elevator with profanity carved into the door. Our first though was how terrifying and creepy the so called guests are. We finally found our room after walking through the barely lit maze of a hallway. First impression was how absolutely outdated everything was entering our room. Particle board IKEA furniture and a DISGUISTING looking kitchen was happy to greet us upon entering. The TV looks like it's from 2005 with no Netflix buttons or anything else. Just cable from what I could tell... the back of the tv still uses VGA cables! The bed was filthy underneath the covers and dandruff covered the skirt of the bed (NOT MINE!) Shower (also completely outdated) had spiders and the grout was completely missing around the shower head. It was so disguisting I had to check for bed bugs and buy my own sheets at Walmart to use during my stay as I was just too grossed out to use anything provided. You're literally way better off staying ANYWHERE else but here. Absolutely disguisted of this place and never returning back if you paid me. Avoid AVOID AVOID!!!!

Positive: The view from the room was amazing . Overlooking the valley below was very impressive Negative: It is an older hotel it was well kept . Rooms were a little dated

First off Alexander goes above and beyond any normal hotel staff I've met. If you need help or anything talk to this guy. Myself and my wife travel for work together. I checked in ahead of her on this trip and she was less than thrilled with our accommodations. Our stay was going to last for a month maybe more and there wasn't a kitchen counter in our room, at all. Not ok for any woman I've ever known. I talked to Alexander at the front desk and he couldn't help due to being booked up, However when I went for fresh towels the following night this dude hooked me up. He remembered who I was and why I was trying to switch rooms and did what he could. We got a much roomier place with a big bathroom counter for the wife. She's happy so I'm happy .
