Really great stay. We booked the date night package. Rose petals, chilled prosecco and a box of chocolates were in the room when I arrived. Everything about the room was very clean and orderly. The room was in the back overlooking the water and train tracks. I stayed on the weekend, but I'm not sure how often that train runs during the week so there is potential for some noise. Check out was a little confusing as there was no one available at the desk, but I figured it out. Easy parking. I didn't use any of the amenities (the rooftop bar/lounge was closed for renovation). Had a wonderful dinner at the attached restaurant!! Would definitely recommend.

Positive: The location was ideal for a graduation I was attending. Parking was fine. The lobby was as expected. The shower had great pressure. The evening staff person that checked me in was very helpful and welcoming. Negative: There was a hole in the wall. The bed & pillows were very uncomfortable. There was a missing wall reading light from the bed frame. There were marks/stains on the wall and side tables. The staff in the morning when informed were dismissive.

The stay itself was quite nice. They take a $100 "security deposit" for "incidentals." There was a bottle of water in the room that I later found a charge on my credit card bill of $7.51 for! When I called to question it, she said that's the charge for the bottle of water. I said it would have been nice if they told people they are going to be charged $7 for a bottle of water. So I asked her, if I had taken the: writing tablet, k-cup coffee, or tiny bottle of shampoo, I would have been charged? She said, "No, those are complimentary." So I asked her how one knows what has a charge and what's complimentary. She apologized saying housekeeping should have had a price tag on the water and she will tell them to do that. SO, IF YOU DON'T LIKE IDIOSYNCRATIC charges after your trip, I would suggest going to another hotel. They just lost a customer over something that small. Poor business on their end.

Nice for overnight. Does have fridge but no microwave in rooms. Clean-ish. Not dirty but maybe "worn" would be a better word for the linens. But over all clean and vacuumed. allot cleaner then most places. Spring bed and can feel it but slept comfortable. Staff was nice.

No pets to my knowledge. I was there for nearly one week and did not see (or hear) any pets.
Cash is King everywhere. Yes they take cash. But I believe you have to have a down-payment just in case so they might need to have a card on record just in case. And if they don't want your cash I'll take it.
During Covid-19, 2021 I did not see any sort of food services in the hotel. They had a nice bar and lounge area but it was limited for pandemic purposes. However they have a few food locations very close to the Hotel.
