Last year, when removing the sheets, I discovered a disgustingly stained mattress cover. It appeared to be several large urine stains. I brought that to the attention of the staff and checked this year to be sure the cover had been changed. It had, and I naively assumed all was well. When I removed sheets and pillowcases this year, the pillows were disgustingly stained. There was also a brownish stain further down on the mattress cover that was missed when I checked it. I have emailed the information along with photos to NSB Realty and they have not responded. We will not be staying at any of their rentals in the future. EDIT: I was contacted by management and assured that this problem will not happen in the future. They sounded genuinely concerned.

We love Win San!! It’s a small and quaint vibe with a beautiful ambiance. I love being right on the beach and just a couple of minutes to shops and restaurants 💛 Our family goes annually with a big group of friends.

I believe they only do weekly rentals. During high summer, the condos are available for Saturday to Saturday rentals. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the off-season schedule. If you need nightly rentals, try the Sea Horse, it lacks a pool but will rent by the night. However, their manager sweet has many of the same amenities as a Win-San condo and has a great view.
Yes in all units, a little bit spotty outside by the pool. going to be changing it very soon to a much higher quality
