My journey to the hotel started in the dirtiest hotel shuttle I have ever seen. The first room I was assigned was occupied by someone else. The second room I was assigned was dirty; the previous guests soap still in the dish. The third room was OK. Employees attitude varied from very concerned to “whatever”. Dinner was ok - but it was a buffet with only 1 entree choice. It looked like it was meant for the many enlisted Air Force personnel staying there, not other guests. Bottom line - I will not be a repeat customer.

I normally like Holiday Inns, but not this time. The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating, but the hotel was not good. One of the elevators didn't work, the room was not clean, and the beds were horrible. It doesn't matter how nice the front staff is if you're not comfortable with the hotel itself. My suggestion for anyone is to drive a bit further and stay somewhere else.

I did an overnight stay for a quick business meeting. And this was an excellent choice. Everyone was super nice. The room was very tidy. The food options were great. Thank you A loyal customer

Went on an overnight school trip and this was the only hotel that had rooms (according to the person over it) My bed had slightly stained sheets but I tried not to think anything of it... woke up with my neck itching. Got home to reveal several bites that are probably from undetected bed bugs. I wouldn't recommend coming here. There is a reason there is 3.9 stars and that this was the ONLY hotel with available rooms. The plus is that the breakfast was decent...but there was a waffle house next door that probably has better breakfast so please save your money and get a nice hotel in advanced. If this is the last option then sleep in your vehicle. It's probably worth mentioning that others that went on the trip had bug problems (discovered this after the fact). I don't believe that I brought any bed bugs home with me (thank god). I checked my clothes and bag and haven't seen anything. Whoever owns this hotel needs to close it down. I wanted good vibes in 2022 not bed bug bites.
