Wasn't the best Residence Inn I've stayed but also not the worst. They did NOT provide any soap or shampoo. They do have these new despencers on the shower wall that anyone can open and add whatever they want to... Sorry that is a HORRIBLE idea. Considering I was able to open all 3 in secs. Room was clean. The entire hotel only had 1 of thy trolley wagons so that was fun. And the pack and play crib we requested was stained and smelled pretty bad. Didn't use that.. Staff was nice though. Breakfast wasn't bad.

I can not believe this is a Marriott property smh a mess. I had roaches in my 1st room and my 2nd room was super outdated. They need a GRAND RENOVATION!!!! The staff was super nice especially the young girls who worked at night.

I was not happy with this experience. There were ants in my room! I should have realized that there would be no sense of urgency to resolve my problem when i called the front desk and was put on hold to Christmas music! I was okay with a maintenance request for the next day - but then had to remind the front desk the next morning :( I also asked for a cleaning service after the pesticides had been applied and was assured this would happen - but did not. I will never stay at this location again and I frequently travel to Salisbury for business.

The rooms are kept very clean and up to date, including appliances and decor. Easy access to the parking lot, lobby and pool. I couldn’t believe that in our suite with 2 bedrooms and living room there were 3 large TVs. In the kitchen there was a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, silverware, paper towels, dish soap, Coffee and much more. So practical and helpful for our stay. The staff is very kind and upbeat. Wonderful place. I will always stay at a Residence Inn whenever available for a trip and recommend it highly.
