God awful, dirty, towels stained, run down , outdated, I paid cash at check in , they held my credit card for incidentals yet charged my card daily for my entire stay! I asked them what was going on, was told a new software system ! Nobody cleaned the room for 4 days , was told they were short handed! Poor selection and lack of options for a complimentary breakfast. Never again will I stay here or refer anybody here!

The place was in a great location close to our family reunion Gathering event for 2022. The room was sufficient really did not have storage like drawers for your things just hangers also there were many flies in this room of ours yes it came from when the people were cleaning and left the door open there were no towels upon arrival and we just asked at the front desk. Need more storage room for belongings as well as in the shower area

The carpets leading through the halls were filthy and there was a lingering stink. The lady at the front desk when I got there seemed like she really didn't want to be there. The room itself was filthy. There were random chunks of what looked like food on the floor, plus stickers from articles of clothes stuck to the dresser (like, random underwear size and price stickers with someones hair stuck to them). The beds had what looked like animal hairs in them, as well a some dried on crusty messes that I'm afraid to guess at what they could have been. The bathroom was a nightmare. There was hair clippings all over the place, from the shower to the walls. Also, when I lifted the toilet seat, I was greeted with dried urine and an assortment of hairs. The general price per night had me believing that I was going to be getting a halfway decent place to stay, but the end result wasn't even worth a fraction of what I was charged.

Lashon

Positive: The hotel and staff were pleasant and professional. Negative: There were contractors painting down the hall across from us. We stayed on the 1st floor. All I could smell was the paint.
