The hotel is in a good location and the staff is outstanding. From the front desk (Emily especially) to the maintenance and housekeeping folks, they are friendly and eager to help. The room is spacious and comfortable (although the A/C worked so-so and was loud). My only quibble is the furniture in the lobby, which is tired and not clean (gray "dirt" where elbows and hands touch) - really time to replace it.

Marriott has normally been welcoming and accommodating. But the Courtyard in Salisbury was absolutely horrible. You cannot have children out past 10 even if they are supervised. If you have a complaint you will be thrown out of the hotel. Caleb was definitely on a power trip. If you are looking to stay in the area whether on vacation or for a ball tournament look else where. I normally don’t do reviews unless something really bugs me or impresses me.

We worked with Patty Shea to book our hotel wedding block with Courtyard by Marriott Salisbury. Normally, booking your room block isn’t anything noteworthy. But, we had to postpone our event twice during COVID-19, and Patty was amazingly accommodating and so friendly every time I had to call and make a change or cancel. Additionally, we had to make a last minute change and required a banquet room to host brunch the morning after the wedding. Patty was so quick to help us get the room booked. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was great for the wedding venues in the nearby area. Getting our guests rooms and brunch served made our wedding weekend so much smoother, and Patty Shea and the team at Courtyard by Marriot at Salisbury made our wedding weekend a breeze.

I’d give it no stars if I could. They didn’t have a room that we had booked so we had to have separate rooms. Down the hall there was a fist fight with cursing and yelling. We get into our room and we have random hairs on our bed and a dirty towel. Called the desk and they told me the “housekeepers are gone for the day”. Finally have someone bring a clean comforter and they’ll be giving us half off of the rate. Do not go here. Find another place!
