Positive: The fact that it had a bed, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV and shower. The location was good. There were many places to eat and and quick stop places to choose from. Negative: Parking was rediculous. It seem like the people living there had first priority. The room didn¿t have a place to hang my clothes. The furniture was damaged and miss matched. The walls were damaged.

I'll admit, most of the reviews are correct. It was not the most up-to-date or cleanly place. I was on a budget and just needed to lay my head somewhere. The service however does deserve mentioning. All my requests were met, and speedily at that. Thanks to all the previous reviews, I knew what to expect and was able to prepare myself for my stay. It was fine for a night, but I really wouldn't stay beyond that as I did experience a roach in the room. Overall, I'd give it a 2 star for service and price.

THE WORST! ! DO NOT BOOK HERE! ! This is a nasty, filthy hotel. Very disgusting rooms with a serious ROACH infestation. Has grimy floors, walls, curtains, walkways, stairs . Bones, roaches & trash under the edge of the refrigerator. The pillow cases were white & the pillows were so dingy with holes in them . The entrance door has a 1" gap under it. The non smoking rooms smell no different than smoking. There's shady looking residents who obviously live there full time with rooms piled up with stuff (never get rid of an infestation that way). Who lurking outside oftherooms all hours. Ask for a refund and leave!!

Positive: Not check in and 10 minutes later I checked out. Negative: No water at all until 12 hours plus. Very dirty, bugs crawling on the bed bed spread had cigarettes burn on them. The air conditioner was rusted out. The room smelled fresh smoke. People outside making drug transactions. The front dest was lady was bad
