Total Lack of customer service. We ordered a product from them twice the order went through and gave us an order number then it was canceled with no explanation. I contacted customer service and they could not give a reason and stated they were going to send information to a management team and they would get back to us with an answer. 5+ days nothing yet. Good luck if you need assistance.

So. I get phone calls all day about my car warranty. I don't need to come here and get asked about who my cell phone service is through and if I want to buy at&t. Then 30 feet from there is someone asking about Delmarva power. What is next? Extended car warranties on aisle 24? 🤔

Placed an order for 150 cupcakes a month in advance for a wedding. Made a call two days before the wedding to confirm the pick up time and they say they don't have any cupcakes available. I guess if we never called to confirm we wouldn't have been notified.

This store is very clean and has a good selection of merchandise. Wide aisles make it easy to get around. The store was busy but our check out was quick. Staff is courteous. What more can you ask for. Everyone in business could take some lessons from the management of this store.
