Borges Sleigh Ride is a Tahoe Treasure. This is a family owned company that has been in business for 50 years. My parents and I had the most charming horse drawn sleigh ride around the insanely beautiful Sand Harbor with it's snowy mountains and crystal clear water. The owner Dianna was so knowledgeable about the history of Tahoe and was incredibly friendly and fun. This is a must do when in Tahoe!

Great place to pick up some souvenirs. Beautiful views and nice access to the beach. Parking was $12 for being out of state.

We operate inside Sand Harbor State Park & recreational area. It's on the North East Corner of Lake Tahoe on hwy28, just 3 miles south of Incline Village. The are no cottages there but many beautiful accommodation close by.
