complaint about Bank Fraud, embezzlement, Estate Fraud, miss appropriated of trust Fund IRA! My Grandson Charles Abrams was the Beneficiary for his Grandfathers Estate that lived & died in Hickville, NY on April 21 2014. I have POA for Charles because he has a disability and receiving SSI. We are hopeful that this complaint will have the person responsible to paying for the amount of funds he has taken over $112,000 from the trust. He has also forged signature's on bonds, checks, and Bank transaction's, bought a car with moneys from Estate in Charlie name and then traded it in on another car without any moneys paid back to Charlie's Estate! Its probably hard to believe that Father would do this to son's, but I can prove everything I wrote in this complaint and more.
