I went into the store to get a water pump for "little Bob". Bob's my husband's 1992 chevy s10, and always needing something. I told the nice guy Bob was too old for top shelf, he just got a new starter, so it was bargain basement for Ole Bob. And he gave me just what I wanted, and Bob needed. A water pump that didn't cost an arm and a leg, but guaranteed it'd work. I just love autozone.

Management got in My face over a return on a 189 dollar battery that has a 10 22 sticker and got in my face with attitude shoved me his name was cliff and here not to long ago couldn't find a lifetime part had get corporate to find it I will never buy nothing from autozone again oreally better relationship with people this is McMinnville tenn

Auto zone is the best place to get you autoparts chuck and trey was the best help .. they went out of there way to help and I want to thank you guys very much... yall are awesome

I went in today to pick up an item for the back of my grandmother's van. I was told yesterday it would be in by the day I'm writing this at 2 PM. They were rather rude about looking for the item. I tried to claim the truck didn't come in when a coworker said they had three come in. The coworker then asked me why I thought it would be in by 2 PM and became rude and slightly hostile when I could answer what the lady the previous day looked like. I will be back to get the part, and I hope they have time before they close to read this. Also, lying to a customer, they told me they would be closed tomorrow (Sunday), but according to their page here on google, they'll be open.
