Safe parking, surprisingly clean rooms with some nice updates, quiet area, and A/C that works. It was what I needed. However, the walls are grimy and streaked with mystery stains, the towels are cheap and scratchy, and there was no housekeeping even though specifically requested. This is why the 3 stars. Overall, I would stay there again if needed and would recommend if traveling on a budget.

It needs a little facelift. The comfortable bed, fair sink and old towels. Small fridge in room.. The air worked properly.

The good: The price and the mattresses, they had also renovated part of the room, floors and bathtub. Air conditioning and fridge, it is located near public transport stops and the owners are friendly and available at any time. The bad: the cleaning was regular, the first day they removed the garbage and changed our towels and... Yeah, the rest of the days nothing. The regular area, dirty streets, a lot of homeless people and a lot of noise, the area during the day is normal, at night it seems dangerous, although the latter is a subjective opinion. The views from the room were a wall.

The site is fine, although they could use a bit of effort with the cleanliness of the rooms. It is run by a married couple and they are very friendly. There they have quite cheap drinks, buying it there is worth it. The area is a bit bad because of the nightlife of the street, but there is a subway nearby that takes you quickly to the areas to visit. To sleep and shower is fine if you do not want to spend a lot on hotels.
