Honestly some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. No pleasantries, not even polite instructions, they speak to you like you are beneath their contempt. After being sent to 4 separate desks in a row we just gave up and left. My wife was extremely polite to all just a clearly toxic office culture from public servants. Explains why so many of our federal, state and municipal institutions are not fit for the people they serve.

Yes
You can obtain a copy of a divorce judgement in Room 106
No it is very challenging because all the lazy county workers have reserved parking, as if they don't need the public to come in and patronize the office. It's there way of letting the public know how they feel about us. Maureen O'Connell the elected official seems to be the building overseer, ask her why the parking for patrons is so scarce

U will need to bring ID and report to room 107 (i think) on the main floor. Since the records are pretty old you will have to put in a request to pull the files on the computer by the door, but the ladies inside can assist and direct you. Once the request is entered it takes about 1 week to be pulled. You should receive an email when its available. The records you want are pretty old so still ask how long is the processing time.
The easiest way would be to go to the NYS eCourts system at https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/webcivil/ecourtsMain and click WebCivil Supreme. Search by your party name and you should find the results you are looking for.
