My car was rear-ended while I sat in my car at a red light in Queens. I started working with a lawyer that was local but I wasn't happy. I felt like they weren't listening to me. My coworker told me about this law form, SIler and Ingber. I called and immediatly recognized a difference. The paralegals were friendly and the lawyers were extremely thorough. All my questions were answered and they fought the insurance company hard to get me a great settlement. I will share Siler and Ingber with everyone I now.

The attorneys and staff at Siler & Ingber did a fantastic job. Yojaira and Yanina were very communicative, Vanessa answered all my questions, and Jeff Miller and the other attorneys made sure I got the maximum compensation.

If I understand your question correctly, you're asking how it works when we're paid on a "contingency basis". We only get paid if we get money for you (whether through settlement, trial verdict, or otherwise). Thus, if for some reason we are unsuccessful in obtaining compensation for your injuries, you will not have to pay us anything.
Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to know exactly how long your claim will take because every accident and every client’s health is different. A settlement can take anywhere from a few weeks up to a couple years. The biggest factors in the lifespan of your case are usually the severity of your injuries; complexity of your case, your patience, insurance, amount of damages, caseload before the court; and the defendant’s willingness to settle.
No two cases are the same. There is a wide spectrum which may impact a settlement offer or verdict. The factors include discovery, liability, out of pocket costs, lost wages, medical treatment and preexisting medical issues. During a case, we research what juries pay on similar cases and evaluate every case on its own merits.
Siler & Ingber has a “No-Fee Commitment”. This is a promise that you will not be charged fees unless we win your case. We work on a contingency basis, which means that all the costs of your case are incurred by our law firm. We take all the risk and will only be paid if the outcome of your case results in compensation.
You may be eligible to file a claim for the Camp Lejeune Cancer Lawsuit if you or a family member lived or worked on Camp Lejeune for at least 30 days between August 1, 1953 and December 31, 1987, and were exposed to the contaminated water sources.
After a favorable finding on liability, your compensation will be determined by combining Damages (awarded for past/future pain and suffering) and Special damages (awarded for any financial losses such as lost wages, medical costs and other costs you have incurred as a result of the incident).
We have handled auto accident cases since 2003. Our car accident lawyers at Siler & Ingber, LLP understand the difficult situations that auto wrecks present to our clients and are experienced in fighting to get settlements that can restore peace of mind and financial well-being to our clients.
When a client does not have health insurance and needs medical attention after an event other than car accidents or course of work accidents, many of the doctors we work with will gladly see you, under a medical lien. A lien is a legally binding contract between the patient and healthcare provider. The healthcare provider agrees to care for the patient and receive compensation once the personal injury case is settled.
