I found my dream dress thank you to Lotus and my fabulous consultant, Lexi! I am really appreciative of the expert advice from my attendant, Lexi. She truly asked all of the right questions to help nail my vision - she somehow found the words for what I could not even describe. I also thoroughly enjoyed her presence; she made my appointment feel really personal; like I was shopping with a girlfriend. Lexi was quick and wasted no time at my appointment - pulling dresses for me that just kept getting better and better. She was quick to find things that I liked and could instantly tell if I wasn't "feeling it." Once I landed on "the one" Lexi's was incredibly patient with me while I stood there (for what felt like an eternity) staring at myself in the salon mirror. I also feel it is worth mentioning that I had scheduled an earlier appointment with Lotus and had to cancel due to an emergency surgery that left me on bed rest. They were VERY gracious and were sure to ask about my well-being; it felt nice knowing that they care about their clients!

I went to lotus bridal this weekend and found the most gorgeous dress!…with all thanks given to Lexi. She was amazing and exactly what I needed! She listened to everything I had to say and was completely honest. She really helped me focus on beautiful vs BRIDAL. All the dresses I tried on were beautiful but the one I ultimately decided on was an immediate yessss for what I would be walking down the aisle in! It was an absolute 10/10 experience!

I went with my daughter to look for a bridal gown. This was our first outing for her dress. We had other appointments booked for the following weekend, fully expecting it would take time to find her dream dress. She did not have a description of what she was looking for, but her consultant, Lexi, asked all the right questions and brought several styles based on my daughter's answers. All of the dresses were amazing, but one stood out beyond the others. Lexi was so professional, pleasant, accommodating, and respected my budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Lotus Bridal.
