I stumbled upon this place after shopping at Ralph's next door. First things first, their juices are capital D delicious. The only real negative is the price which is more than Starbucks expensive. But with that you get fresh deliciousness made right in front of you. They even have a rewards program if you register your phone number. Highly recommended as long as the price is palatable.

Hi Shirley! You can order 100% celery juice anytime.
We did 3 years back however we did not sell it fast enough so we had a lot of spoilage. We could look at it again if there is enough demand for it.
I don't believe so, I've been there multiple times and I don't believe I've seen anything referring to non GMO fruit, mainly just organic and whole.
