Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I reserved a car online which was confirmed and then received a call two days before reconfirming my reservation. I showed up the day of and they had no cars available. I received no call, email, text notifying me prior to showing up that they wouldn’t have anything available. When I showed up and ask why nothing was available, then they started to see what they could do. The problem solving should have been done before I arrived or I should have been notified before my reservation that nothing was available. They told me they were calling other locations and could would drive me to pick up a car at one of those locations which were over 25 minutes away (and didn’t have any cars available anyways). Had the Budget/Avis down the street not had cars available for rental, I would have missed a very important meeting that I had out of town. Avoid this location.

I had a rental car already in appointment for pick up on 09/19/2022 at 9.00 am. I got the most unprofessional call at 8.50 am to be told that my rented car had been given to someone else and my only option was at 12.00 pm. Needles to say that the agent who later identified himself as Jim didn't even offer me maybe a rental in another location in White Plains simply hanged up on me. Later in the day I called back at about 10.15 am to cancel this rental since I was lucky to get a rental from Avis down the block. Upon requesting the cancelation he also hanged up on me againg in the middle of a question. So, how would you feel about when customer service was so blatantly rude and disrespectul??? Never ever renting from Enterprise!!!! PD : My YELP review soon to come.

Scammers all around. Rent the car Friday to return it next day. When I arrive they were close and they charge me for the car the whole weekend I did not was advice the closing hours. Stay away from this place! $500 for a single day of use of the car. I did went to another location for drop off and dropped the next day! Beware of these scammers

Everyone at this small establishment showed great customer service. Warm, inviting, accommodating would be some words to describe my experience. Brittney, Rob and Eugene were all great and made the process so much more easier. Thanks again guys
