I had a reservation for Monday i was there Monday but they didn’t have any cars available they put me on the list. Same week Thursday I still need the car and make another reservation when I talk to the lady on the phone I ask her are you 100% sure that you will have a car ready for me for Thuesday and she said yes, am currently in the parking lot because again they don’t have any cars available. You guys have to take this busyness more seriously

For security reasons, many Enterprise branches do not accept cash payments. However some branches may accept cash or a money order using the "cash qualification" process for customers who do not have a credit card. Call the location where you want to rent in order to find out.
