Selection is good, prices are decent, service is atrocious. The people who work here act as if you are a burden for them to deal with, with 0 customer service. They're Union, so God forbid you come between 12 and 130 when the WHOLE PLACE goes to lunch, normal rules of commerce be damned. If i can order online, I do so. I only come here for last minute emergencies.

They have everything you need for baking, cake decorating and packaging at a cheaper price. They don’t have a showroom unlike the shops at Manhattan so check their website first

Another name for it is petal powder, it's a binder and thickener for fondant and gum paste
Absolutely call them and explain the confusion usually if the items are unused and unopened you can get a refund no problem
