Terrible costumer service by the workers. I tried to ship package and went there. They asked for my ID to ship it but I didn't had one on me. They told me to go to the store computer and create one myself without the ID but they also had a problem in the computer that not accepting my CC that always work. In the end no one there wanted to help me and told me to go home 20 min and bring license. Why I need to show ID for sending package?? My credit card have all my details! I went to the UPS store nearby and got great service without any weird requests. I'm done with you FedEx

l ordered from muscleandstrength website some supplements! They sent orders from Columbia/SC ( from 1000km away to My adress ) Fedex tracking number: 278435368047 l work on cruise ship, We planned to dock in Bayonne/NJ Cruise port after My orders reach Cruise port!!! My orders reached to till JerseyCity, then without reason FEDEX returned it to Shipper back!!! What was the reason return back!!! İts soo dumb! My adress was totally clear and easy that Fedex failed to deliver it to “ Cape Liberty Cruise Port, 4 Port Terminal Blvd “ Because of Your fail process Shipper shipped it to My port adress 2th time!!! Hopefully You don’t make disaster again!!! stiuation is really unproffessional!
