Showed up Sunday morning at 10:00 with a Dyson vacuum that I just changed the hose on the previous week. And was having a different issue issue with the drive belt. As soon as I walked in the door the gentleman said that he couldn't repair it because he can't get parts. Meanwhile parts are readily available OEM from Amazon. Secondly he didn't even bother asking what the problem was just right off the bat he could not repair it. Then he wanted to sell me the brand that he stocks but unfortunately they didn't have any uprights available and said I should research the canisters and maybe I should buy a canister vacuum. In the long run he probably did me a favor by giving me such poor service because I went around the corner to Lowe's I bought a Bissell upright for $184 and it works great. Thank you so much for the poor service

I needed to upgrade my stick vacuum and realized it was time to invest in a higher quality unit do to having a two toodlers tearing up our house every day. After doing some research, I made a decision between a Simplicity or a Miele unit. Both Rachel and John spent the time to go over the pros and cons of both units, allowed me to demo both units and helped me make a confident decision on a Triflex HX1. It is truely an amazing piece of machinery and I couldn't of been happier with the experience with the Queen Vacuum team! Great local business with a personal touch that can't be beat at the big box stores! Thank you!

YES! We do work on and perform service/cleaning on Dyson products :-) **There are however some limitations as to what we can do** ....Dyson no longer distributes parts directly to independent servicers like us. So if your unit has broken parts or internal programming issues, those parts will be unobtainable (you'd have to get from Dyson directly yourself.) But most machine come in for minor unclogging & cleaning - and/or diagnostics - which we happily do. Maintenance resolves the majority of performance problems customers encounter :-) We simply require a $20 deposit toward any unit brought in and left for diagnostics and repair, which gets taken back off the repair total at the end. (non-refundable.) We can determine more once the unit is brought in and we review it with you in person. Hope that helps and to see you soon! (please visit our official site for hours and directions)
