I was referred by my dr. To ENT and was told to call and verify my insurance. I did, I checked on the website and confirmed in person with their office that they did In fact take my insurance. I drive all the way there from my home it’s about 35-40 mins. I fill out the forms In my car, and then I go in and they tell me they don’t take my type of insurance.
