We purchased our flooring from the Shrewsbury Avalon store. We are doing a complete renovation of our Townhouse including hardwood, porcelain and marble for fireplace surround. Tim Little worked with us from the moment we walked in, until our tile was delivered to our doorstep. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and informative. The products were delivered in a timely manner. Tim’s communication with us was outstanding!! 5 plus stars for you, Tim! Tim continued communication even AFTER final payment was made to insure we were informed as to where our product was and when it would arrive. This is not the first time we dealt with Avalon Flooring, and ai can assure you, it won’t be the last! And PS…the product, while still in the box, looks beautiful! At this time, we do not handle online orders. We encourage you to take a first look at our website to view the products we offer, and then to visit a showroom to see the products in person and make your selection.
Many of our products do have samples that can be brought home. Depending on the product, you may be able to take those samples home the same day, or we may have to ship them to your home. For example, for hardwood, laminate, and vinyl we offer $5 samples that can be shipped directly to your home, while carpet samples are often available in store for customers to take home.
We offer stretching for carpet that was originally installed by the Avalon Flooring team. Our carpet stretching services are available for a fee. Call your store associate or local showroom for details.
We do not offer floor refinishing services.
In the case of any error made during installation of an Avalon Flooring project, we can follow up with necessary repairs. We do not offer general floor repair services.

Yes, we sell custom runners for your staircases. We also carry a selection of wood-look stair treads that coordinate well with our flooring options. We do not carry carpet stair treads at this time.

Appointments are not required in our showrooms and we do accept walk-ins. However, we do recommend making an appointment to speak with one of our store associates if you plan to arrive during peak visiting hours. Call your local showroom for an appointment.
Yes, we carry a wide range of installation materials, including grout and mortar. We are a full stocking dealer of your most common grout and mortar brands, including TEC, Schluter, Wedi and more.

We carry remnants in our Rio Grande, NJ and Toms River, NJ showrooms. We also offer a full selection of ready-made rugs as well as an opportunity for custom rugs from a wide variety of vendors and brands.
