My Mom is currently in this facility. It is so understaffed it’s pathetic. The aides that are working are good, but so overloaded. I don’t recommend this facility to anyone that needs care.

Susan kolakowski RN CARE MANAGER screaming yelling at patients. Yelling at the front desk she is the boss and nobody can do anything to me. The OT & PT are great the staff nurses the worst I have ever encountered.

I wish I did some research before I chose this rehab facility for my mother. This facility is understaffed, and the care was not acceptable. My 78 year old mother, who has MS, was here for 8 1/2 weeks, with a broken tibia. She also has dimentia, which initially made her confused, being in unfamiliar place…….I was lucky and was able to visit with her every single day, even with the covid restrictions in place. …I saw first hand what kind of care my mother received. So, when my mother needed assistance, and needed to use the bathroom, she would push the aide button….the average wait time is 20 minutes, if you are lucky. Alot of times, it is longer than that. There were times it was 35 minutes and the longest wait time was 1 full hour. This is a long time for an elderly patient to wait. But the scary part was….my mother was a fall risk and had alarms which would go off if she got out of bed or her wheel chair. So, the time we had waited an hour, I had helped her myself, which I shouldn’t have done, but she couldn’t wait any longer, and the bed alarm went off, and not a single person came to check on her. Also, for my mother’s experience, there were a couple of aides which seemed annoyed when she would call them to use the bathroom. And, god forbid if she needed to go twice in one hour. That seemed like a real annoyance. And, noone really engaged in talking with her at all. Not a very pleasant atmosphere. (There are a few nice younger girls, on the weekend)…. I had brought up all my complaints and concerns on many occasions, and I was told that they can’t find employees and are understaffed. I find that answer unacceptable. I would look for a facility which does have enough staff to take care of your loved one.
