Hemet Valley RV park was a great stepping stone for our family. The meth in the area is priced right and easy to get. The tweeker that steals my bike sells it back to me for a fair price. I did get a weird rash on the ball bags from some local lady needing to make some extra money on the side but overall a great place. Would highly recommend moving here. Management is great and really has a handle on the park.

Used to live here was super shady for years Good ppl that have been in the park for along time along with some bad of course If you have kids might not be a long term solution but definitely a alternative for a bit just beware of Stanger danger here at this place but it is under new management so let's see if it does get better or not

If I could I would rate this RV park 0 stars, the manager sucks at his job and to lazy to do anything. My power continuously goes out with the manager no where to be found to fix the problem so I end going without power for hours. The public bathrooms are always dirty, the park is infested with bedbugs, cockroaches, and flies. And worst of all a tenants are not allowed to disagree or question the managers decisions without facing eviction, and of course managers who can't even enforce their own rules.

Wow. Hemet Valley RV sure takes some great looking photos! They make their RV park look like a California dream - palm trees, crystal blue swimming pool. Here's a photo of one of the better looking trailers - maybe I'll drive by there and take pictures of the true dumpy trailers & I'll update this post. This place is trashy. I mean, trashy in the literal sense. It's truly a nightmare - full of druggies & dopers & the lowest form of humans you can imagine. It's filthy and I'm certain full of rats & cockroaches. Nasty, nasty, nasty! I should be condemned.
